With the death of a parent and the sale of the family home, Saying goodbye to a space became a site of farewell where I was able to use photography to preserve the memory of what was a beautiful home for twenty years. The pictures moved from the walls of the family home and placed in my home gave me a visual connection to their provenance. I included my son in the series and his slept in bed as a mark of life and the future.
